About Us
Ross Creek Respite is a trusted disability support service based just outside Ballarat, providing high-quality respite, in-home support, and community participation services in a safe, structured, and welcoming environment.Located on a peaceful 3-acre property, we offer a calm and supportive setting where participants can feel comfortable while building confidence, independence, and everyday life skills. We also deliver flexible supports in the home and community, tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.With over 15 years of experience supporting people with disability, including individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern, our team understands the importance of consistency, structure, and trust. We take a person-centred approach, working closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure supports are meaningful, coordinated, and aligned with individual goals.
